Schöne Puppe aber Zustellprobleme!
Auch wenn hier viel gelobt wird bei DollsClub muss ich Kritik ausüben! Die Lieferzeit der Puppe war schon eine kleine Hürde, ich hab mich in Geduld geübt und dann ging auch alles schneller wie gedacht, die Zustellung war jedoch nicht so prikelnd.. Am Freitag wurde nicht wie abgemacht zugestellt, das hat mich mega geärgert, da dies abgemacht wurde. Der Fehler lag wohl bei dem Zusteller, DollsClub hat hier schnell reagiert und dann am Samstag auf die Stunde genau zugestellt, dennoch war der Freitag ausgemacht und ich habe gewartet... Klar, momentan ist sicherlich gerade in der Logistik einiges los, dennoch muss der Kunde und Wunsch bedient werden! Puppe ist wunderschön mit Echtheitszertifikat etc, Kontakt mit Euch auch aber der letzte Punkt der Zustellung muss besser laufen. Vllt probiere ich es nochmal in der Zukunft, wenn ich eine weitere Puppe in größer möchte. LG, Anton.
